The following is the menu planned for the retreat. We will be able to accommodate vegans, vegetarians and omnivores.

Friday Dinner
Large salad bowl for each table. Salad to include a variety of healthy salad greens such as mesclun (chervil, arugula, romaine, endive) or romaine, arugula, spinach, kale, swiss chard, herbs (no iceberg lettuce), sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumber, onions, sliced hard boiled eggs, sliced avocado. Dressing on side. Small salad bowls at each place setting.

Ginger/Tamari Chicken
Lightly fried tofu
Brown Rice
Stir Fry Veggies
Fruit
Berry Pie – Spelt flour crust, sweetened with agave nectar
Herbal Tea

Saturday Breakfast
