This issue covers a wide range of topics which I hope will inspire, instruct and motivate you in your use of Reiki. The articles included in this issue were written by accomplished Reiki authors and teachers who are providing you with some of their best experiences and thinking on the subject of Reiki.

A Tribute to Beth Gray

Beth Gray was one of Takata's first masters. She was a wonderful teacher and a powerful healer and it is with pleasure that we feature an article honoring her and the teaching methods she used. Of special importance is the fact that she taught a unique method of using one of the second degree symbols in a way that gave access to the client's subconscious mind, thus allowing the practitioner to discover the emotional cause of illness which could then be used to affect a deeper level of healing. This is a very useful article and contains many examples of how to teach and use Reiki effectively. Included is a special message from Beth Gray.
