Donating To Those Who Help Others

Donating your time or money to organizations that are helping others is a worthwhile thing to do. It helps those in need and also creates a wonderful feeling in your heart. When you pass on a portion of the value that has come into your life, you open the door even wider for you to receive greater blessings in your life — which in turn allows you to help others even more. This is a wonderful process that is amazing to experience.

If you're feeling down or if your financial situation isn't what you'd like it to be, I suggest making a donation to a group that shares your values even if it's a small amount. You'll be surprised at how good this will make you feel and how doing this opens doors in your own life.

It is especially important to help now as donations are down since the recession started and those in need will really benefit by your generosity.

Because we love the earth and all the people in it, Vision Publications and the ICRT make regular donations to other non-Reiki groups. We donate 10% of our pre-tax dollars to environmentally and socially responsible organizations. We are happy to be able to help the world be a better place and to do our part to diminish suffering. Our goal is to create the world as a place where love is the guiding principle.

We thank you for your orders and the classes you are taking through us. In addition to the value you receive from the use of our products and classes, your purchases make these donations possible. Perhaps you'll be inspired to donate to them too.

Your purchases are supporting Women for Women , an organization that is helping women in foreign countries who have been the victims of war and violence create a better life for themselves. As women’s lives improve they are better able to help their children and care for the family, so everyone wins! You are also helping missing and exploited children through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Through Kipahulu Ohana you are helping preserve rare, endangered and extinct plants on Cable ridge in Kipahulu valley on Maui. You are also helping chlidren in the Christ Child and Methodist Childrens Home orphanages with food, clothing and Christmas presents. Donations are also being sent to Doctors Without Borders who supply emergency medical aid to humanitarian crisis situations around the world. They supply a wide range of help including medical care, sanitation, clean drinking water, food and more to those affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural and man-made disasters, and exclusion from health care. The Peace Alliance is working to establish a Department of Peace within the US government to reduce domestic and gang violence, child abuse, and various other forms of societal discord. Internationally, the Department will advise the President and Congress on solving international conflicts through the use of peace creating dialogue and other peace creating techniques. Through the Natural Resources Defense Fund you are helping prevent global warming and protect the environment from being destroyed by unwise use. American Forests protect our forests and plant millions of new trees which help reduce the effects of global warming and create wildlife habitat. Through Amnesty International  your helping defend human rights worldwide. Gleaners Community Food Bank and Feeding America help feed the hungry by making efficient use of food that would otherwise go to waste. Your purchases also support Seeds of Peace to bring teenagers from Israel, Palestine, Egypt and other countries of conflict to a camp in Maine to learn advanced leadership skills for peace through reconciliation and coexistence. A donation has been made to Wildland Firefighter Foundation in Boise, Idaho to support the families of the 19 firefighters who lost their lives fighting a forest fire in Arizona. At Partnership for the Homeless, you're helping homeless men, women and children, by providing food, shelter, and medical attention as well as permanent housing. At Mala Ma Popoki located in Hawaii, you're helping rescue abandon cats and at the Animal Legal Defense Fund  and the ASPCA you're helping end the suffering and abuse of animals. The National Health Freedom Coalition is preventing unnecessary government interference for the practice of Reiki and other alternative healing methods. Thank you for your support. The K.I.N.D. Fund is supplying desks for students in Malawi who usually must sit on dirt floors to learn. Thanks you so much for making it possible to help so many people.

Thank you for your support.

Sincerely,

William Lee Rand
